God is including people who walk in obedience to fulfill His plan. He is creating a culture that the Israelites can live by. It is God’s plan that we would join Him in fulfilling His plan. Anticipation and expectation are part of this culture as the Israelites look forward to the coming of the Lamb of God. All of this anticipation and expectation were to initiate obedience to God in worship.
