What is Alpha?
Alpha is a place for questions
Alpha is an 11-week course that creates a friendly, open, and informal space where people can come and discuss life’s big questions. Each week is centered around a short talk and a discussion at the end where you can share your thoughts and ask questions. No question is too basic or too big.
Our first session of Alpha is more of a look-and-see, or, a session to feel out if you’d like to join us for the next 10 weeks. If it looks interesting to you, we would love for you to keep coming!
Alpha is a place for connecting.
Every Alpha session involves a shared meal and space to get to know others. Regardless of the background we come from, the sharing of a meal and intentional conversation is a crucial piece of what is needed as we process our questions and perspectives about the big things of life.
Alpha is for anyone.
People attend from all backgrounds, religions, and viewpoints. Participants come to investigate questions about the existence of God, the purpose of life, and the claims of Jesus. Some people are curious to understand what the Christian faith believes. Others come to learn more about the God who really changes lives.
Many guests have never been to church, others may have attended church occasionally but feel they have never really understood the basics of the Christian faith or simply aren’t able to articulate why they believe what they believe.

Our next Alpha group begins Tuesday, February 4th, 2025 at 6pm and will run after that for the next 10 weeks.
Register to attend the first week, and then decide whether you want to continue on from there. We’d love the opportunity to get to know you!
